CALL TO ORDER  The Regular Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, was called to order by Vice Chair, Eric Mamula, at 1:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, Summit County Courthouse, 208 Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, Colorado. MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Waters and seconded by Commissioner Pogue to continue the hearing for the 2025 Proposed Budget to the next Regular Meeting on December 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in person in the BOCC Hearing Room, 208 Lincoln  Avenue in Breckenridge, and via Zoom.  MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY THE BOARD PRESENT  B.  Petition for Abatement or Refund of Taxes; Abatement #: 24AR-089 Schedule #: 200846; LOT 4 ZEPPELIN SUB: Owner: Emma C Bland, Adam P Fichman. Cathy Maybury gave background to the application including a description of the lot, valuation MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Waters and seconded by Commissioner Pogue to Uphold the Assessor's Recommendation and Deny the Taxpayer's Petition for  by the homeowner and the Assessor's Office, and staff recommendation. PLN23-075: A Request for a Preliminary Rezoning from RME to PUD to permit the 3.7- acre lot to be split to accommodate one additional deed restricted single family unit and an accessory apartment; Lot 13 Ten Mile Vista Sub #2; zoned RME. Recommended for  Summit County Board of County Commissioners' Regular Meeting Minutes of November 26, 2024    Continuance to the January 28, 2025 Regular Meeting.
