Vote: 5/0 motion carried. 7. Consider Water Plant Pilot Study Vendor Selection: The city must select a pilot study vendor. The city council may either. select the vendor at the next city council meeting after a presentation by. Jacob & or the city council can vote to authorize the utility director to make that decision. The city council has discussed the two options. If the council goes with option one there would be all sorts of questions sO it makes sense to have Ricky review all the data and make the decision about what would work in the best interest of the city. Ricky said there are variables to be considered, one for instance operational differences, not just the cost. Clabe F.
