New Business D.1  Approval of a certificate regarding the Final Plat ofTomball Hills Addition, Lot 24, Block 4, Replat No 2 in accordance with' Texas Local Government Code Section 212.009(d) - "Ifthe municipal authority responsible for approving plats fails to approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove a plat within the prescribed period, the authority on the applicant's request shall issue a certificate stating the date the plat was filed and that the authority failed to act on the Motion was made by Commissioner Ross, second by Commissioner Harris, to approve a certificate regarding the Final Plat ofTomball Hills Addition, Lot 24, Block 4, Replat No 2in Roll call vote was called by Community Development Coordinator - Kim Chandler.  plat within the period."  accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 212.009(d).
