Ont the 10th day of October 2024, the City of Patton Village Council conducted al Regular Meeting, the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, the date, place, and subject posted as pursuant to the provisions of Texas  6:39 P.M. Motion was made by Council Member Dyane Anderson and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Minutes for September 12, 2024, and September 26, 2024. Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden: and seconded by Council Member Dyane Anderson to consider, discuss, and act on amending ORDINANCE 2017-001, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS ENTITLED "PARK RULES AND HOURS", ADOPTING PARK RULES AND HOURS PERTAININGTO/ ALL CITIZENS, GUESTS, FIRMS OR CORPORATIONS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT: PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN OPEN MEETINGS ACT CLAUSE ANDI ESTABLISHING AN Motion was made by Council Member Barbara Earhart and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to approve ORDINANCE 2024-012, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE 2017-001, ENTITLED "PARK RULES AND HOURS", ADOPTING PARK RULES AND HOURS PERTAININGTO ALL CITIZENS, GUESTS, FIRMS OR CORPORATIONS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT: PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN OPEN MEETINGS ACT CLAUSE AND  EFFECTIVE DATE. Motion was made by Council Member Dyane Anderson and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to consider,  discuss, amend, action, andlor approve monthly reports from the following departments:  Engineering Department Utility Department Police Department Permits Department  Motion was made by Council Member Barbara Earhart and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to accept the  recommended permit rates and administration fees.  Vote: Alli in favor Motion carried.  Code Enforcement City Hall received monthly reports.  Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to approve all  Vote: Alli in favor Motion carried.  C. Motion was made by Council Member Barbara Earhart and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to postpone taking any possible action on approving tree removal off Short Street and Tram Road within the city limits of Patton Village  untilt the next council meeting. For discussion only, the mayor to give an updated status report on some and/or all completed, pending, and  ongoing city projects (roads, mitigation, water wells, and general).  8:14P.M.
