Submitted by Brandon Kersh. Steven Lloyd, Director of Planning and Development, introduced the item. The applicant Debra Poole was present and advised she was seeking to subdivide to sell or develop lots. Savage Survey A-901, Located at 17310 Crossing Circle Lindale, Smith County, Texas. Submitted by Chad Franke. Steven Lloyd, Director of Planning and Development, introduced the item. The appliƧant Chad Franke was present. Chad advised before selling this lot he wanted to avoid the homeowner having to install gates ifa fence was installed to allow access to the utility easement. The purchaser would be unable to build under the powerlines SO it would be better to move the lot line making most oft the utility easement part of the adjacent commercial property.
