Call to Order: Terry Edwards at 6:00 p.m. Vidrine. Jerry Terry was absent. C. Invocation: Led by Terry Edwards. D. Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Paul Ray. B. Board Members Present: Terry Edwards, Kelli Campbell, Paul Ray, and Darrel E. Approval of Minutes for September 9th, 2024, Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Paul Ray made a motion to approve the minutes. Darrel Vidrine seconded; motion carried 4-0, approved. F. Scheduled Business: Discussion and possible action to approve the preliminary and final plat ofl Lot1) Block-1 Smith Acres Addition J. Gibson Survey A-381. Located at 800 S. Main St. Lindale, Smith County, Texas. Submitted by Danielle Carter. Steven Lloyd, Director of Planning and Development introduced the item. This preliminary and final plat is for recording utility easements for the city's sanitary sewer lines. There are no changes to the lot lines. The applicant is seeking to develop the lot. It was discovered that the city sewer mains are located on the property, but the city utility easements were not recorded with the property.
