CALLT TOORDER CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no comments from public. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION  Mayor Kennedy called the worksession to order at 6:00P.M.  1. Discussion on introduction oft new staff members.  ChiefBell introduced Israel Mazuera as a new patrol officer. The Public Works Foreman: Jeremy Franks introduced Richard Estrada as a new public works maintenance worker.  EXECUTIVE SESSION-6:03 P.M. consult with attorney on thej following:  Executive. session in accordance with. 551.071 and 551.074 oft the Texas Gov't Code to deliberate and 2. Discussion on potential or threatened legal action related to development agreement default. 3. Discuss personnel matters related to the City Manager's employment agreement.
