Discuss, consider, and act upon a Temporary Use Permit fora a Concrete Batch Plant for the construction of streets and infrastructure in The Bridges Phase 2A Addition, Planned  Development Zoning of 60.827 acre: residential development. Discuss, consider, and act upon aj presentation by the Gunter Parks Foundation requesting naming rights and other types of creative input for the purposes of fundraising for the  future grant pavilion and related improvements. Discuss, consider, and act upon a Resolution authorizing the submission ofa Texas Community Development Block Grant Program application to the Texas Department of  Agriculture for the 2025-2026 Community Development Fund.
