Smith with S and S Concrete discussed the progress on the improvements to the Walnut (C)City Manager Alexander discussed the Heart & Soul Downtown Workshop held in the city of (D)Chamber of Commerse Director Lisa Davis discussed the meeting attended by the Leesburg Economic Development Task Force: at the Valdosta State University Rural Development Institute (E)City Manager, Alexander discussed the: recommendation from thel Downtown Development Authority to expand the boundaries of the Authority as referenced on page 29 of the July 2, 2024 Agenda Packet. Councilmember White made ai motion to approve the Downtown Development Authority expanded boundaries. Mayor Pro' Tem Daughtry seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
