A quorum  was established, and all members were present.  2) REGULAR AGENDA  a) Receive the draft Water Master Plan Report and Water Master Plan Update Presentation. b) Receive the draft Wastewater Master Plan Report and Wastewater Master Plan Update  (Zach Stein and Grady Reed, HDR)  Presentation. (Alex Doody, CDM Smith/Matthew Garrett, NewGen)  City Council Workshop Meeting November 13, 2024  Page 1of2    The speakers presented Powerpoint presentations which were included in the Councils agenda  packets for tonight's meeting.  The engineers fielded questions from City Council as they came up.  Council Member Diane Williams noted that the map didn't appear to align with the Comprehensive Plan in terms of Controlled Growth Sectors and that this needed to be reconciled. Several members of the Council  expressed concerns that the projected growth might be underestimated.  There was no formal action as this meeting was for presentation.  3) ADJOURNMENT  Given there were no further agenda items and hearing no objections from the Council, Mayor Approved by City Council at their meeting on the 21st ofNovember 2024, by a vote of 6Ayes,  Mancilla adjourned the meeting at 5:58 PM.
