JNA Electric is paying for all the labor and equipment. Motion by Jon Williams and seconded by Gordon Hatthorn to rescind the motion on 10.17.2024 for Penney's Electric quote and to approve JNA Electric quote of $17,371.00 to be paid out of the park fund. City Hall cameras are installed and working, the park, sports complex, water tower and WWTP have some installed and still need work. The community center has not been started yet. Executive Session: Entered into executive at7:05p.m. 11.C Council will convene in executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to conduct a consultation with its attorney on ai matter in which the duty ofthe attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct oft the State Bar ofTexas clearly conflicts with discussion in open meeting.
