Utility Update  A Motion was made by Heather Martin and seconded by Rocky Hicks to approve the  Rodney Garrett reported that the North rotor is up and running. Now that it's up going tol be taking down the South rotor for maintenance. School Zone signs are in and ready tol be installed. Ave B is caving in and also Ave L and 6th street. Drainage  district 8 going tol be repairing those.  2. Discussion and Consideration of Interlocal Agreement between Brazoria County and A motion was made by Rocky Hicks and seconded by Heather martin to approve the Interlocal Agreement between Brazoria County and the City of Danbury IS25-0012,  the City of Danbury IS25-0012 - Road List repairs.  Road list repairs. Passes  3. Discussion and Consideration of donation of flag poles for the military flags by Civic Amotion was made by Heather Martin and seconded by Jon Williams to approve the  Club. Passes  donation of flag poles for the military flags by the Civic Club.  4. Discussion and Consideration of placement of flag poles for the military flags for the A motion was made by Heather Martin and seconded by Rocky Hicks for the 8 flag poles to be placed by the sign inside the fence close to the marquee with 3X51 flags.  City of Danbury.  Passes  5. Discussion and Consideration of Invoices for road list repairs for FY 24.  A motion was made by Heather Martin and seconded by Jon Williams to approve the invoice for the road list repairs for FY24. And toj pay from the roads and street, then  take the balance from account 4480 and 4490.  6. Discussion and Consideration of the yearly audit fee for Curtis Craig, CPA. Discussion and Consideration oft the Texas Settlement Subdivision Participation and Amotion was made by Heather Martin and seconded by Rocky to approve the Texas Settlement Subdivision Participation and release form for New Opioid Settlement  Release Form for New Opioid Settlement with Kroger.  with Kroger's. Passes 2024.  8. Discussion and Consideration of regular council meeting minutes from November 7, A motion was made by Gordon Hatthorn and seconded by. Jon Williams to approve the notes for the regular council meeting minutes from November 7,2024.  Passes  Abstains Rocky Hick and Heather Martin  The Police Chief was requested by the Mayor to give an update on the camera system. Chiefs stated that the camera installation is almost finished. We are getting ai router for the council room to boost the strength, cameras are a very good quality.  Executive Session: Entered into executive at 7:04p.m.  9. Council will convene in executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 ofthe' Texas Government Code to conduct a consultation with its attorney on ai matter in which the duty oft the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct oft the State Bar ofTexas clearly conflicts with discussion in open  meeting.  General Session: Returned to general session 7:08 at p.m. 10. Possible action from items discussed in Executive Session.
