Received update on Courthouse Renovations and County Courthouse Annexes. Motion carried unanimously. Court went into closed session at 10:42 a.m. for: Bricfing and discussions with Wichita County District Attorney's Office regarding settlement offers in the matter ofTexas Statewide Opioid Litigation with Rctail Pharmacy Defendant Kroger. This mccting is closed pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (consultation with attorney). Discussions regarding the employment of Captain Lisa Patterson and. Jail Assistant Administrator, Stacic Hankins, for entering pre-filc case data into the Odysscy system after their normal employment hours. This session is closed pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters).
