MINUTES OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT  REGULAR SESSION NOVEMBER 26, 2024  BE ITI REMEMBERED, that on the 261h day of November 2024 A.D. at 10:01 a.m. the Honorable Commissioners Court of Wichita County, Texas met in a regular voting session at the Courthouse in Wichita Falls, Texas pursuant  toa adjourning November 19, 2024, with the following members present:  County Judge Jim. Johnson  Commissioner Mark Beauchamp, Precinct No. 1 Commissioner Mickey Fincannon, Precinct No. 2 Commissioner Barry Mahler, Precinct No.3 Invocation by Commissioner Fincannon Pledge of Allegiance Pledge to the Texas Flag Public Comments: 10:02 a.m. - 10:03 a.m.  Zoom audio and video were made available for this meeting.  Judge. Johnson reminded the public that the Courthouse will be closed this Thursday and Friday, for the  Thanksgiving holiday. Wichita County Annex 2022 Renovations PR#49 to add wood trim around the allcy-facing window(West), adjacent to 2nd and 3rd floor clevator lobbics. Openings will bc picture- framed with I"x2" wood trim and stained to match the electrical boxes on Ist floor at an additional cost of$1,675.00  with line(s) determined by the County Auditor. Motion carried unanimously.  24.1126.730 Motion made by Commissioner Mahler and seconded by Commissioner Bcauchamp to approve the regular bills for payment, verify payroll taxes have been filed, and order County Treasurer to disburse payrol! and/or bills within 721 hours via U.S. Mail, FEDEX, UPS or clectronically unless directed otherwise or may be  picked up and legered in the Treasurer's Office. Motion carried: 3-0-1. Commissioner Fincannon abstained. and ratify the minutes oft the November 19, 2024 regular session.  24.1126.731 Motion made by Commissioner Bcauchamp and seconded by Commissioner Fincannon to approve  Motion carried unanimously. 2025 with no action taken.  Discussions with Todd Murphy of CorrHealth on Inmate/Dctaince Healthcare Services Agreement renewal for 24.1126.732 Motion made by Commissioner Beauchamp and seconded by Commissioner Fincannon to approve Enterprise Fleet Management invoice #69643 in thc amount of$11,909.68 for repairs to Unit #93, 2019 Chevy  Tahoe to be paid from Dept. 560 with line(s) determined by the County Auditor. Received update on Courthouse Renovations and County Courthouse Annexes.  Motion carried unanimously.  Court went into closed session at 10:42 a.m. for:  Bricfing and discussions with Wichita County District Attorney's Office regarding settlement offers in the matter ofTexas Statewide Opioid Litigation with Rctail Pharmacy Defendant Kroger. This mccting is closed pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (consultation with attorney). Discussions regarding the employment of Captain Lisa Patterson and. Jail Assistant Administrator, Stacic Hankins, for entering pre-filc case data into the Odysscy system after their normal employment hours. This session is closed pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters).
