PUBLIC NOTICE (Art. 6252-17-3a)  AGENDA FOR REGULAR SESSION  Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners' Court of Clay County, Texas, will meet in Regular Session at 9:30 a.m. on the gth day of December, 2024, which is at least seventy-two hours after the posting of this notice, in the Commissioners' Courtroom located at the Clay County Courthouse Annex, 214 N. Main, Henrietta, Texas, to consider such items ofbusiness as  are deemed necessary including the following: 1. Court to open meeting with Pledges and Prayer.  2.  Court to approve minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Court to approve. Line Item/Budget Amendments.  4. 5. 6.  Court to consider and possibly approve payment ofbills relating to Clay County Memorial Court to consider and possibly approve payment of Clay County Memorial Hospital Court to consider and possibly approve all accounts and reports relating to the finances of  Hospital (CCMH). (CCMH) Payroll.  Clay County, audit and settle accounts, and direct payments. 7. Court to consider and possibly approve County Payroll.  8. 9. Court to hear update on the 97th District Court House and consider and approve any 14. County Judge to give updates and provide information regarding meetings and/or events  changes.    concerning Clay County.  15. Court to consider and possibly approve Certification of Additional Revenue in amount of $2,100 ($600 from the sale of the Sheriff's Department's surplused decked system and $1,500 in contributions) to be placed in Sheriff's Office Travel and Training budget and $20,831.61 from TAC Insurance additional proceeds for the water damage to the Annex,  2024.  to be placed in Non-Departmental Building Repairs & Maintenance.  21. Court to consider and possibly approve Memorandum of Understanding between Clay County, Texas on behalfofthe Clay County Justice Court and 3rd Millennium Classrooms,  Service Provider.  22.
