Orders/Resolutions:  .Discuss and consider approving a Resolution to appoint County Representative, Commissioner Kerry Pack, At-Large Board Member, Kristina Keesee, and a replacement At-Large Board Member, Martha Castillo, to the Board of Directors of Andrews County Appraisal District (ACAD) for the term January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026, a previous Resolution to approve At-Large Board Member, Carol Boswell, was previously approved in Commissioners' Court on November 19,  2024. Take action as  necessary. 9. Parks Dept. Request:  L.Discuss and consider the updated Baseball and Softball Field Reservation  Guidelines. Take action as necessary.  10. FUND 005:  1.Discuss and consider approving a 5 year lease agreement with Quadient Leasing for a IX7DSWP30 postage meter with a mixed size feeder, sealer, drop tray, ink cartridge and IXELD remote label dispenser at annual cost of $7,265.88 that includes maintenance and meter rental to be paid from Fund 005, General Fund.  Take action as necessary.  11. Fund 47 Request:  L.Discuss and consider approving payment of invoice 1241104313 to Redline Electrical Services for $848.90 for electrical services used in the pole-mounted Christmas decorations project tol be paid from Fund 47, Legacy Fund. County Auditor Request:  .Discuss and consider approving Boring & Company, P.C., CPA as the outside auditor to perform the Community Supervision and Corrections Department's program-specific audit for the year ending August 31, 2024 by authorizing the County Judge to sign the related engagement letter. Take action as necessary.  13. County Auditor Report:  C Consider approving the transfer, sale, or destruction of Andrews County Surplus II. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2023-2024 & 2024-2025 III. Consider approving the financial obligations and payroll payment for Andrews County  Property under Local Government Code 263.152. Budget years under Local Government Code 111.010(d).  and cancel all warrants.  14.
