Work session Meeting Minutes  The work session of the Pocomoke City Mayor and Council was held on ZOOM on Monday,  November 4, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm.  Present: Mayor Todd J. Nock Councilwoman Monda Marsh Council Members: R. Scott Holland, Diane Downing, C.L. Marshall, Brooke Cottman City Manager: John Barkley City Clerk: Melinda Stafford  Prayer by Councilwoman Cottman Pledge of Allegiance by Councilman Marshall  Call to Order Bills for Payment  Mayor Nock asks for approval for the bill list. Motion to accept was made by Councilwoman Cottman and seconded by Councilman Marshall. The motion is then retracted because this is a work session and not a regular council meeting. Mayor Nock then asks for a consensus to approve the bill list. Motion to adjourn made by Councilman Holland and seconded by Councilwoman Downing at 6:40  Consensus granted.  m.
