All int favor. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the accounts payable dated February 15, 2019 int the amount of  flag.  $162,150.10. Alli in favor. Johnston, Fulton Industrial Development Association (FIDA) regarding their Budget and program updates. Mr.. Johnston also announced that Mr.. John Duffey, willl be assuming the role of Executive Director of FIDA. Ms. Melius distributeda  CCAY year-end report for the Commissioners' review.
