Abrief Safety Committee meeting was held at 10:00a.m. 182 Commissioners spoke with Zach Lee, Community and Economic Development Program Manager for SAP&DC (Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission), to answer questions the Commissioners had on the Letter of Support for BCTC (Bedford County Technical Center) that serves both Bedford and Fulton counties. Lee explained that the purpose ofthe letter was for Fulton County to show support towards SAP&DC to secure funding through the ARC (Appalachian Regional Commission) for BCTC for a Program Demand Analysis & Development Feasibility Study serving both Bedford/Fulton Counties to expand the center's programs, Currently the only Fulton County School District involved with the center is Forbes Road. The Commissioners agreed to execute the letter but asked Lee to find out why Central and Southern Fulton School District's were not involved with the Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to execute the Letter of Support addressed to DCED in regards to SAP&DC's effortstosecure funding through the ARC grant application for Program Demand Analysis & Development Feasibility Study for the Bedford County Technical Center (BCTC) serving both program.
