There is currently a sewer line located on this property that runs along the north side, therefore, no extension of sewer lines willl be required to serve this connection. Our wish would bei to annex into the city, but currently if we were to try to annex this tract it would create an: island which would be in violation oft the annexation laws. We will commit to the City of Senoia, that when the time comes available, we will agree to annex into the City of Senoia.
