Parkway Canton, GA30114  BOARD OF ELECTIONS, AND VOTER REGISTRATION  Tuesday, November 18, 2024-9:30a.m.  Moment ofs Silence, Meditation, or Prayer: Led by Member Wallace = 9:32 a.m.  Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Member Little  Call to Order: Chair Johnson called the meeting to order - 9:34 a.m.  Members Present: Chair Glen Johnson, Vice Chair -Julie Glade, Secretary-Larry Others Present: Executive Director - Anne Dover and two BOER staff members. Approval of Special Called Meeting Agenda: Member Hand made a motion to approve the agenda; Second by Member Wallace. Motion carries 5-0 Re-Certification of the November 5, 2024, General Election: Member Glade made a motion to re-certify the November 5, 2024, General Election, seconded by Member Wallace. After discussion, Member Glade made a motion to amend her original motion toi the following: Motion to re-certify the November 5, 2024, General Election, and the Holly Springs November 5, 2024, General Election, to include three (3)p provisional ballots that have been cured. This motion to amend was seconded by Member Little. After discussion, the motion to amend carried, 5-0. Thel board next voted on the amended motion after further discussion, and said  Hand, John Wallace, Scott Little.  amended motion carried, 5-0.  Accordingly, the November 5, 2024, General Election, and the Holly Springs November 5, 2024, General Election, were re-certified by the Board to allow three (3) provisional  ballots that have been cured tol be included in thei final vote tally.    Adjournment: Chair Johnson asked ifthere was a motion for adjournment. Member Hand made a motion to adjourn; Second by Member Glade. Motion carries 5-0.  Meeting adjourned at 9:46 a.m. dezZAR  7 Latry
