Discussion and Possible Action regarding Strand Task Order for TXDOT Utility Amotion was made by Councilman Zapalac to Approve Strand Task Order for TXDOT Utility Extensions contingent upon Detention Requirements being met by TXDOT which follow our Counciwoman Curry seconded the motion. Discussion and Possible Action regarding a Resolution Authorizing the City to Fund Additional Costs for Scope Modifications and Budget Realignment for the FEMA DR- 4485-0278 Grant Costs that Exceed the Approved Matching Funds to Complete the Water Plant and Lift Stations Generators Project. Discussion and Possible Action regarding the Designation of Representative and Alternate to the Houston-Galveston Area Council for the 2025 General Assembly. Ar motion was made by Councilman Zapalac to Approve the Appointment of the Designation of Representative and Alternate to the Houston Galveston Area Council for 2025 General Assembly being Mayor Carolyn Bilski and Counciwoman Dee Anne Lerma. She also, complimented the staff for responding to customer complaints and making an effort to correct information on Facebook. It's a privilege and honor to work with staff. Her passion for the job shines through, but not only that, but your passion for this community and for this city that you live in as well. Everybody should feel absolutely blessed that you are in the position that you're in and we've come sO long, sO far since you've been in that position andIreally appreciate it. Thank you sO much. When we left the TML Conference on McKinney Street downtown after we left the dinner, we were riding in an Uber, and ont the left-hand side oft the road were abouti fourr millennials on scooters. So being the fact that we have scooters in Sealy and being the fact that they ride whenever, wherever scooters, roller skate, skateboards, we don't have a city ordinance telling them where to ride, where not to ride. Ithink we need to look at that and we also need to look at drones. So lalso want to say to Kimbra Thank You for everything you do. Your commitment to the city is unparalleled. Your devotion. It's not just a job to you. You are a hundred percent invested in Sealy and our success and the growth and all the great things that your team has done, you've put together people around you. You're not afraid to put talented people around you because you know that they're gonna make you shine. And sO we appreciate that and the folks that you've arranged yourself So far as an item, just wanna re bring up the Municode item. We still have issues with the Municode not you're familiar. And then also a reminder about the inquiry about the Just to kind of reiterate, Ihope that the community understands how special you are at this position. Imean it's more than we could have ever asked for. I've only been through a couple of city managers, but just, far and away the work ethic and, just the amount that you care not only about the city, but the community itself.
