Saluda Strategic Plan Workshop Meeting  October 15,2024, at! 5:30  Meeting called to order at 5:33 by Tangie. Morgan  In Attendance was Tangie Morgan, Melanie Talbot, Gary Heisey, Stanley Walker, Mark Oxtoby, Paul Gary Heisey from the Henderson County Vision Leadership Program started the meeting off with a draft  Marion, Julie Osteen, Steve Orr  of our strategic plan from the last meeting.  We worked on our sub sections of our Proposed Strategic Plan and our 3-year Plan. The board gave directions to Gary Heisey to update Items 1,2,3,4,8, and 9. Additionally, there was discussion on adding an Emergency Plan under the communication section. Thel board has organized a subcommittee of citizens and city leaders to address this. There was discussion of a proposed release The Board gave directions for Steve Orri to review the Strategic Plan and give the board any suggestions. Gary plans to provide a draft of the changes that the group will make at our next meeting. The next work session is set for Wednesday, November 13 at 5:30 PM at the Saluda Library to  date of our strategic plan of January 13,2025.  continue developing the Saluda Strategic Plan.
