DickinsoM MINUTES City ofDickinson October 28, 2024 BUILDING STANDARDS COMMISSION The Dickinson City Council met in a duly called and announced on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 6:00 PM. 4403 State Hwy 3 Dickinson, TX 77539 The meeting was held for the purpose of considering the following items: ITEM1.) CALLTOORDER AND CERTIFICATIONOF. A OUORUM Commissioners present were as follows: Garland Copelin, Callen Hajda, Susan Wilcox, Members of the public are invited to give comments at this time, lasting not longer than 31 minutes. Comments may be general ini nature or may address a specific agenda item, and should be directed at the entire Commission, not individual members of the Commission or staff. Since then, lived next to 2 families. 2 occasions ofa gas leak due to foundation issue. No major repairs were done, 2nd gas lead happened. Constant overgrowth of property, rats coming out oft the roof, raccoons and opossums burrowing under slab. We have sent 3 certified letters to property management company who handles the lot. Icalled the inspection people the day of the meeting, to facilitate the inspection of the house, was just after 5 the officer didn't answer, it was still during business hours on Monday, called the next day and was told you guys made your verdict, it was to be demoed.
