1252 MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING Monday, October 28, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The Decatur City Council workshop was called to order by Mayor McQuiston at 5:31 p.m. and declared a moment of silence. Lisset Caramantin led the pledge. Those in attendance included Mayor Mike McQuiston and Council members: Eddie.
