BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2024  BOROUGH COUNCIL LAND USE/PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES  Al Land Use/Planning Committee meeting oft the Borough Council oft the Borough of Franklin Park was held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road,  Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237.  Chairperson Brian Malkin called the meeting to order.  COUNCIL MEMBERS: Laura Czekaj, Second Vice President Brian S. Malkin Lucas R. Myslinski Uday Palled Thomas C. Schwartzmier Mayor Dennis E. O'Keefe SOLICITOR: Robert MaxJ Junker, Babst Calland STAFF: Rege Ebner, Borough Manager Tim Phillips, Building Inspector/Zoning. Officer  AUDIENCE: 1  1. The Land Use Committee met to review and discuss Ordinance No. 687-2024,. Review Zoning Ordinance Sections 212-1903 (C)(3)(b) and 212-501 - maximum building height for townhouses and apartments and consider recommendation for amendments to Table 5-1: Residential Uses Area and Bulk Requirements Table, including a proposed definition for "Attic."  The Committee discussed the following amendments: 1. Adding a definition for' "Attic." there was a previous typo.  2. Amending the Table in R-4 to correct three stories to two stories. Mr. Phillips indicated that 3. Amending the Table in M-2 to amend apartment buildings from eight stories to four stories.  4. Amending the Table in M-2 to include an attic.
