Discussion over CDL and non-CDL trucks, maintenance and overtime for employees.  Discussion about paying current bills and customers in arrears. Cloer, 2nd by Massey, motion carried. Willis opposing.  Motion to move $20,000 from Road & Bridge and $23,000 from Facility Maintenance made by  ADJOURN  Motion to adjourn at 1:46 pm made by Massey, 2nd by Larsen, motion carried.
