Recognize the service of 2011 Mayor Ford Greene.  Deliver Oath of Office to newly elected Town Treasurer Bess Niemcewicz, Town Clerk Barbara  Chambers, and Councilmembers Ford Greene and Lori Lopin.  Reorganization of Town Council: Elect Mayor and' Vice-Mayor to one-year terms.  Open time for public expression.
