Accept Reports on Arena Authority Oversight.  SAP Center at San Jose. (Reports include items that were tabled from the September Board meeting.) In late June the Sharks held a draft party as the Sharks had secured the first pick in the draft. Over the summer Arena Authority staff worked with City and arena staff on the arena Transportation and Parking Management Plan (TPMP) inj preparation of thel BART Construction TPMP. The stainless-steel exterior was cleaned during the summer. A new concession area was constructed along the concourse at the south doors. On September 11, the Arena conducted an emergency response exercise. The Sharks opened the regular  season on October 10 against the St. Louis Blues. Two significant off-season capital projects include more safety netting along the foul lines and a higher batter's eye at the center field wall. VTA/BARTDowntown/Diridon Community Working Group. Arena Authority staffi is now working on thel BART Construction TPMP. On a side note, Authority staff met with City Council member Peter Ortiz to discuss the Arena Authority's South Campus Operations Team. Following, the tour, the Stadium Committee made recommendations on the proposed capital plan to the Arena Authority Board of Directors. Asa  result, the Board approved the following stadium capital improvements:  Item Grand Total  Cost $81,555 $75,000 *156,555  Electrical Work (VIP Deck, BBQ and Clubhouses) Left Field Line (AC Repair and Anchored Shade Structure) will be absorbed by the Giants.
