Veronica Glover called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Approval of Minutes: March 21, 2024 Robert Chayer moved to approve March 21, 2024, minutes. Kimyetta Hardy seconded the motion. The motion passed all ayes. Business Items: 1. Responsibilities Nothing new to report. 2. Goals Nothing new to report. 3. City Codes/ Land Development Code Dan Dodge mentioned the house that was torn down on East Grand Rondo. He expressed concern because the house was built in 1900. Dan Dodge also stated it was a massive era fori the County because oft the house's history. Charles Rudd noted that the City isn'tal Local Historic District where there are consequences for tearing down an old house. Alice McCoy stated there should be some incentive SO people would want to change it. Veronica Glover stated they should be able to change it after five years or something to that effect.
