Sign alll Necessary Documents Related to the Purchase ofthe Vehicles. 3.6: Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-38, Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement with Symbium, to Provide Cloud-based Software Services to Meet the Requirements of Senate Bill (SB) 379, which Mandates Streamlined Solar Energy System Permitting. City Manager Romo informed the City Council that she attended NIMS Training. City Clerk Gose informed the City Council that the Trunk, or Tent and Treat will include food vendors this year. 8.2: Council Member/Mayor Comments: Mayor Pro Tem Crooker updated the Council on his attendance at the Stanislaus County Mayor Carr updated the Council on his attendance at a StanRTA Transit Conference. He spoke on what he learned about hydrogen buses, regulations and recharging of the buses, and the other complex issues transit agencies are experiencing regarding maintenance of hydrogen Mayor Carra also providedar reminder regarding the Trunk, or Tent and Treat, Moviei in the Park, and the General Municipal Election.
