Approval of Agenda: Rob Baldwin made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Clontz seconded, 2. Approve the quote from United Mechanical in the amount of 4,223.21. To fix the Library heater: Abner weed made a motion to approve the quote from united mechanical in the amount of 4223.21, to fix the library heater. Mr. Clontz seconded motion passed  unanimously. 3.
