PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:  Commissioner Ayala led the Pledge of Allegiance. APPROVAL OF AGENDA:  "At this time the Commission may announce any items being pulled from the agenda or continued to another  date or request the moving of an item on the agenda." Elizabeth Hernandez REPORTS AND REQUESTS: Commissioner Comments Public Works Director's Comments  An update was given to the public in regards to their concerns. An invitation was extended to the commissioners to the various events.  An update was given ini regards to the. soccer and football fields closures and the power surges at both  Bagdouma Park and Las Flores Park.
