The project is consistent with the OneMooresville Comprehensive Plan. Specifically, the propoosal is consistent with the desired density, primary uses, and the opportunities described in the Neighborhood Residential character area. The request is reasonable and in the public interest because the project includes a public greenway to Ridge Avenue and includes conditions to minimalize the impact on adjacent properties.
