TAYLOR HARVIE, III, County Administrator ASHLEY GUNN, Assistant Administrator  BRADY DEAL, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT  Chairman Felts called the. April 27, 2023 Continued Meeting oft the. Amelia County Board of Supervisors to order at 7:00 P.M. and determined there was a quorum with all five members participating. Supervisor Felts offered the  invocation, and everyone participated in the Pledge of Allegiance.  3. CONSENT AGENDA  The agenda was amended to move: item 4.A. Adoption ofFY2024 Budget after the Public Hearing for Ordinances. The amended agenda was approved on a motion by Supervisor Weyant.  4. OLD/NEW BUSINESS A. Adoption of FY2024 Budget  The Finance Director discussed a change that's needed to the advertised budget. * Thel board members and County Administrator discussed with the finance director how it would Supervisor Robinson made a motion to approve the FY2024 Budget with the discussed adjustments. 3-2; motion approved with Supervisor Weyant and Easter opposing.  overall affect the budget.  B. Public Hearing- Ordinance Change for FY2024 Planning Fees  The Finance. Director explained the planning fees and the increases. No comments were made during the public hearing. Supervisor Robinson made a motion to approve. 5-0; motion approved.  C. Public Hearing- Ordinance Change for FY2024 Utility Fees  The Finance Director explained the Utility fees increase. No comments were: made during the public hearing.  Supervisor Weyant made a motion to approve. 5-0; motion approved.  D. Amelia County Board of Equalization  Deferred until May17th 2023 meeting due to changes that need to be made to Ordinance.  5.] BOARD MEMBERS COMMENTSREPORIS  No additional comments from the Board.    7.
