Board members gave reports on committee meetings they had attended. Supervisor Felts reported the following meetings: Jan. 25 Planning commission meeting discussion on smaller lots in industrial park; Feb. 80 CIP committee meeting went very well new process was well received on ranking projects. He said he was pleased with the Animal Shelter project and was impressed with the work being done by Brian Wootten. He said he was pleased that the county had received 41 responses to the Hindle Building project RFP. District 3-The Honorable Shaun Wevant Supervisor Weyant reported the Fire department and dispatch had been extremely busy during the storm. He thanked all emergency members who helped during the recent tragedy with his family. District 4-The Honorable H. Joseph Easter, IV Supervisor Easter also wanted to thank all the emergency service members for their help with the storm. District 4-The Honorable Franklin D. Harris Supervisor Harris said he understood what al big task it was for power companies to restore power during widespread outages. He said he was also concerned with the lack ofcommunity information from RiverStreet.
