Joint Meeting withl Planning Commission The Octoberl Financial reports were approved on ai motion by Supervisor Weyant PUBLIC COMMENTS .Joann Webb Stated her appreciation for the fire departments for their quick response to the incident off Discussed her stand on property rights and is not in favor oft the restrictions ofs solar farming or Washington St. potential for it may lead to Festrictions ofs selling to a developer. Bobby Lipes Stated he stay at the district polling center and asked several questions such as: Solar farms and Hindle Building. He continued stating that most oft the ones who answered did not want solar farms and most didn'tknow what thel Hindle building was sO those were neutral on spending the funds on the building. Martin Konkel Stated his appreciation oft the Hindle Committee and their commitment to restoration. Stated his opposition to spending the money on the building at this time, but take a look again in a few years. .Jay Griles Stated he spoke with each board member and understands the factors of the views on the funding for the Hindle building. He will continue to look for a solution for the building and hopes the board will do the same. Citizens are concerned with the danger of having to cross the road to get mail with the current speed limit. Spoke on concerns for the Supervisor Felts stated his approval for the Fowlkes bridge. Asked ift the County has the authority tol lower the speed limit accidents that have been happening at the food lion intersection. * Supervisor Easter mentioned that we have not received the Study yet. post the 3601 traffic study.
