ADM and additional award based on Commonwealth and Federal Govt. After the board discussed with each other and the County Attorney and due to public hearing requirements, the board decided to wait until next month'si meeting to make a decision after receiving an updated budget report. C.S Sheriff's Appropriation Requests The board also requested an updated report on the CTE building. Public Hearing- Special Exception Request- Wireless Support Structure in excess of8 80 (Milestone Towers) Mr. Deal discussed details of the special exception permit. Representatives for Milestone Towers gave a detailed presentation on the project. Public hearing: Hugh Anderson asked questions regarding exposure levels. Franklin Anderson spoke ini favor oft the project due to his emergency monitoring Dale Anderson inquired about the annual testing and corrections to problems. Michael Whitaker recommended adding an aviation light on the tower due to low health equipment. flying helicopters. * Supervisor Jones made a motion to approve the special exception permit request with conditions: at no cost, a spot is reserved for Amelia County public safety/EMS, an additional 100' is added to setback totaling 300', an annual testing report for emissions is provided for the public, site maintenance is performed regularly, and 20 holly trees are planted. 5-0; Motion passed.
