HARRIS  District 1 District 2 District 3 District 4 District 5  Board of Supervisors  Holly Steele, Director of Community Development Carla Cave, Director of] Finance via Webex Brenda Arthur, Executive Assistant via Webex  Supervisor Easter called the workshop meeting to order and determined there was a  quorum with.  Supervisor Easter provided the invocation.  The Agenda was amended to postpone the review oft the EDA Strategic Plan. The Capital Improvement Committee discussed with the Board improving the CIP Shawn Stern, Shawn Stern Computer Services gave an update on email security and explained the roles and privileges of global administration. The Board unanimously approved a motion made by Supervisor Scott to appoint Shawn Stern Computer Services tol bet the sole global administrator and determine who should have limited access for performing simple functions. The Board also unanimously approved ai motion by An update on the Riverstreet Amelia/Manboro lease was provided by County Attorney, JeffGore. Aj public hearing was held and Ira Ruffins asked ifr more towers were being planned and when Riverstreet would be available. The public hearing was closed and the Board unanimously approved a motion by Supervisor Harris to direct administration to Holly Steele gave an update on the progress oft the Civic Engage implementation.  Budget project process.  Supervisor Weyant to follow the suggested security proposal.  move forward with the lease pending the historic review process.
