P.M. and determined there was a quorum with all fivei members Supervisor Felts said he had watched the budget grow bigger and bigger and the County needed participating. tol be fragile. Supervisor Easter said citizens he spoke with did not want to reduce the budget. Supervisor Felts said citizens he talked with supported the reductions. Supervisor Robinson said he spoke to many people the past week that supports the reductions. He said that ifcitizen have to live within their means, SO should the County. Supervisor Weyant also stated the citizens he spoke were against reducing the budget. Supervisor Jones said he ran on being fiscally conservative and the Board needed to look out for Supervisor Robinson moved to approve the budget as it was presented in the March BOS meeting. The vote carried 3-2 with Supervisors Weyant and Easter voting against. Supervisor Weyant motioned tol have the County to enter into a Memorandum ofUnderstanding that would guarantee the School Board to keep any unexpended funds from FY 22 budget.
