Supervisor Felts offered the invocation, and everyone participated in the Pledge of Allegiance. CONSENT AGENDA The agenda was amended to add LAC letter to the board, SRO Grant, Public Works Request, and Code of Virginia Changes to the Public Notice Provision. Surface treatment for RT 621 will start after Rt 614. Repairing shoulder along RT 616. Tree trimming on Wills Rd. Traffic Studies/ Special Requests: Rt6 604 reviewing the speed study completed April 2021. Rt631 Stop signs and stop ahead signs have been installed. Latex contracts have been completed in Amelia County. STR Surface Treatment will begin next week. Supervisor Robinson spoke of potholes that need to be addressed on Mill Quarter Supervisor Weyant stated a citizen has concerns about pieces ofLittle Patrick Rd breaking away and after reaching out it was fixed within 48hrs. Supervisor Easter mentioned they went a year without it and asked how desperate is the -Mr. Gough explained they have been sharing with Parks and Recreation which is causing possible damage to their equipment due to their equipment not being rated for the use needed. He continued explaining the complications of the current situation and the need for the other items discussed. Talk to your loved ones because you never know when you're going to see them again and be thankful to be able to go back home. District 2-The Honorable Dexter Jones Discussed CRC meeting. Attended STEPS meeting. and won. Stated that an Amelia County resident participated in a state arm wrestling contest District 3-The Honorable Shaun Weyant Attended radio, emergency services, and CLEO meetings. Stated that there will be an exercise for emergency response at the high school. 5 District 4-The Honorable Joseph Easter Attend usual monthly meetings. big celebration. offices. Stated that it'st the 50th anniversary oft the crossroads organization which included a Mentioned that the local Chambers of Commerce is doing a lot of good activities for the county. Stated they will be hosting an event for Candidates running for local District 5-The Honorable Todd Robinson Attended the usual monthly meetings. Thanked the Treasurer (Stephanie Coleman), Finance Director (Josh Worell), and the School Finance director (Daniel Trump). Stated they have been working together as a team to combine everything and work smoothly to keep everyone informed. MOTION?
