The motion passed. David Woodward read the Procedures for Meeting Announcement.  A motion to approve the agenda as presented: Barbara Bosanko. Second: Chris Adams. All members  Motion to approve the September 9, 2024 Regular Meeting and September 9, 2024 Appeal Hearing minutes: Chris Adams. Second: Barbara Bosanko. Mireya Eavey abstained based on her absence at the September 9 meeting. All other members present voted in favor of the motion. The motion passed.  There was no Old Business for discussion or action.  Under New Business, Payton Anderson, on behalfJeremy Lingerfelt, requested review and approval per Sec. 26-61.- - Class II subdivision. The request is related to aj proposed subdivision titled Stuttering Pine,  tax parcel 035 031, off] Rider Road and within the Rural Places Character Area.  No one spoke in favor oft the applicant'si request.  Residents along Rider Road spoke in opposition of the subdivision based on increased traffic concerns, the possibility ofmobile homes devaluing other properties, low water pressure, and no geological studies Barbara Bosanko made a motion to approve thej proposed subdivision titled Stuttering Pine as presented. Second: Chris Adams. Robin Hall, Chris Adams, Barbara Bosanko, Mireya Eavey, and' Trevor Eudy voted in favor of the motion. Danny Clark voted in opposition.
