MINUTES OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT  SPECIAL SESSION NOVEMBER 15, 2024  BE ITI REMEMBERED, that on the 151h day of November 2024 A.D. at 10:01 a.m. the Honorable Commissioners Court of Wichita County, Texas met in a special non-voting scssion at the Courthousc in Wichita Falls, Texas  pursuant to adjourning November 12, 2024, with the following members present:  Commissioner Mark Bcauchamp, Precinct No. I Commissioner Mickey Fincannon, Precinct No. 2 Commissioner Barry Mahler, Precinct No.3 Commissioner Jeff Watts, Precinct No. 4  Zoom audio and video were. made available for this meeting. Discussed proposed changes to the Wichita County Policy Manual. Reviewed and discussed jail maintenance projects and work orders. Received status report on salaries and overtime. Reviewed and discussed regular bills.  With nothing more to discuss, Commissioners Court was adjourned at 10:31 a.m. and will meet in a regular voting  session on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
