NextEra Contract on Roads  Per County Attorney, thisi item will be moved to executive session to discuss a Federal Funding Assistance in the amount of $360,0001 to Acquire Land Obstruction Commissioner Watkins made a motion to approve the grant. Commissioner Hitchcock: seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.  contractual agreement. Attorney Howard stated thati the commissioners needed to make av vote on1 the personnel matter Commissioner Hitchcock made a motion to accept the resignation of the County Administrator Derick Durden.
