Development Waiver Review Committee Members present were Ann Lippmann, Community Development Director; Bruce Coyle, County Engineer; Department ofTransportation Director; George. Jones; Water System Director; Ray' Wooten and County Manager; Frank Baker. Staffpresent included Planning Tech, Leah Wilson; County Attorney; J. Jayson Phillips, and Lt. Accompanying Ms. Pearson is Anthony Sparrow with Walton, Ryan Walker withl DR Horton and Kyler Treloar with Fischer Homes. Ms. Pearson spoke to ai few oft the concerns, issues and legal arguments which were presented at thel last meeting, referenced by the supplemental letter presented by Water & Sewer Director Ray Wooten - specifically the GAP Sewer solution as part of the development agreement which was accepted and Ms. Pearson also supplied the Committee with Attachment "A" Possum Creek" "GAP" Sewer Exhibit and Sheffield Trails, Abney Township & Thompson) Estate Alternate Sewer Plan color-coded graphic handouts to outline where and how the existing gravity sewer will tiei ini to each water-reuse facilities. Additionally, Ms. Pearson referenced the 2021 rezoning of one-half oft the property to MPR (Master Planned Residential District), mentioning the County could not and should: not have rezoned the property ifsewer was not available.
