AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT ("Amendment") is made and Georgia, (the "County"), and Georgia Waste Systems, LLC, successor in interest to Advanced Disposal Services Atlanta, LLC (the "Company or Waste Management"). The County and the entered into as of the 30TH day of JUNE 2022, by and between the Jasper County, Company arel hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
