He also updated them oni the cemetery and wel have approval to get dirt and start moving it backi into the cemetery. It will: need tol be sprayed with water tol help packi it. AT 7:35) pm CHAIRMAN COFFEY discussed updates from attorney & topics discussed in executive session, they were that the quiet action title deed will no longer need to require help fromi the attorney, the historic society has done a quick claim deed, however we do not know the status on ifthey have filed with the Clerk of Superior Court. He also mentioned wel have a few more things to be finalized with our IGSA agreements, but that they should only need thes signature oft the County Manager and not require the CHAIRMANS. CHAIRMAN COFFEY also noted there should notl have tol be any changes with the peddler's ordinance at1 this time as well, there were: some questions when the rodeo came ast toi ifv we needed to change it, and we do not. There has also been some: research on 242 Firetower Rd, andt the drainage issues to a customer's driveway, still some research tol be done, but bottom linei the county is not responsible for private driveways. Line items that needi tol be added to budget are. Animal Shelter and all IGSA's. Chattnet deposits need tol bel looked intol because they aren'tshowing any recent deposits, and they used to.
