Aug. 16th with. Judge Floyd, shet told him that shel had not received any warning, and Judge Floyd said it might have been blown away by rain ini the yard. Shel has noticed that her 911 the last two years her address has been 145, but hers is 140, but she has been charged $260. She stated that she was coming to the meeting to find out where her money is going. She said Mr. Weaver said: it would not dol her any good to come to a meeting, County Manager clarified that he did not say this, he told her that the Commission could not do anything about court: fees that thej judges impose. Chairman Coffey asked what she was: fined for, Mrs. Richard stated she doesn't. know, she guesses it wasi for junk cars. Mrs. Richards at: first thought maybe they had the wrong address since the 911 signs. Chairman Coffey told Mrs. Richard that we can looki into the 911 sign and address, then Mrs. Richards stated thathas been taken care of, but she stated that someone named Jerry, or Teri, that was doing thes signs had been fired, she is thinking the mixi up happened with the addresses and: she never got the warning and she got stuck with paying $260, and: she is on a fixed income.
