The purpose oft this public hearing ist to take comments on aj proposed amendment to Chapter 17-5 ofthe Borough Code, regulating Matamoras Municipal Authority. Ifenacted, the Ordinance will amend Chapter 17-5 Articles ofincorporation to include solid waste collection as a duty of the Authority. This proposed amendment to the Ordinance will be considered for adoption at the regular meeting of the Matamoras Borough Council, which follows 7:30 pm.
