Approval of purchase to start change over to automated water: meters. 2. Approve agreement drafted by David Hamilton between the City ofI Ladonia and the Ladonia Chamber of Commerce regarding the donation oft the sound system. 3. Approval for repair ofthe Ford Truck with radiator costing 608.35 and will need oil  and filter changed.  November 18, 2024    4. New: information regarding re-establishment of Police Dept. received. Will need to do a very detailed Benefit to Community Letter and develop ai new Ordinance tol have a Police Dept. again. Once given approval tol have a department we can then start the  application process  VIII. New Business - Discuss, consider, action  1. Discuss options on what to do with abandoned roads/streets in Ladonia. 2. Purchase ofs security cameras for City Hall and City Barn 3. Purchase ofDR300 Chlorine Pocket Colorimeter for daily chlorine testing of water 4. Using TextMyGov texting system for public notifications and updates 5. Approve new Water/SewerSantation Ordinance to reflect .25 per 1000 gallons of water billed per contract with Upper Trinity Regional Water District and new sanitation 6. Purchase of oil and filters to service all oft the CityofLadonia equipment, i.e. Tundra, 7. Approve Mayor to appoint someone to the Fannin County Water Supply Agency in  rates. Ordinance 2024-11-18  zero turn mower, excavator and parts to repair tractor. 7. New: rates for electricity when current contract ends in June 2026. 8.
