MINUTES BLAWNOX BOROUGH COUNCIL Regular Meeting October gth, 2024 Call to Order President Laskey called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. Property and Planning - Nothing at this time Strategic Planning - Nothing at this time Finance Committee 1) Budget - In your packets you have the draft budgets for 2025. We will motion to advertise in November and then be able to motion to adopt in December. 2) Motion to Approve Feaster Pension Consulting Agreement. Moved: Mr. Stanczak Second: Ms. Coban Motion Carried: 6-0 Public Works 1) Has completed the issue on Freeport Road in the parking lane in front of 306 Freeport Road. Manager Ulanowicz is waiting to hear from Dunrite who is PennDot approved. Manager Ulanowicz is hopoful that wo will not havo to go out to bid. Community Events 1) Night oft the Lights - Night of the Lights and the Cookie Tour will be held on December 7th. The Cookie Tour willl be from 12 until 3 and Night of the Lights from 4 until 6:30 ish. The committee is currently working to find games. Would love for all for everyone to come out for the events.
